Zarnaz Owais – Founder
Zarnaz Owais, a founder of Muannas, built her journey on a strong belief in transformation, growth, and purpose-driven work. Beginning her career as an educator, she developed a deep understanding of people, communication, and the power of guidance.
Upon moving to the UAE, Zarnaz stepped into the entrepreneurial world, embracing new challenges with curiosity and resilience. What started as a transition soon evolved into a clear vision—one that focused on creating impact beyond conventional business boundaries. Her ability to adapt, learn, and lead with intention has been central to shaping Muannas into a meaningful platform.

Our Procedure
Right after clients get on board, we follow a formal process through which we execute & complete projects.
Brainstorming
A roadmap & strategy is provided to the client after a brainstorming session between the managing directors, creative head, strategist & content writer. The strategy highlights the methods which will be used to reach the goal that client wants for their business.
Content
The content writer prepares a content calendar for posts that will be created for client’s social media. This includes engaging posts, messaging posts, ad posts & brand-building posts which enables us to position the business in audience's minds.
Approval
Thirdly, the content prepared, is sent to the client for approval. If the client approves then it is forwarded to the creative team for graphics. Otherwise, the content is revised according to client demands & forwarded to creative team later after approval.
Creative Team
This team consists of graphic designers who are highly skilled in their work, they design & create each post which is first approved by client then sent to execution team for uploading. This team is equipped with high-end systems creative tools to meet their needs.
Execution
The execution uploads all content after client's approval, they optimize it using relevant hashtags to reach more audiences, captions are also added on posts focused to engage audience as much as possible. This team uses different up-to-date softwares to search words.
